Bayside Investments LLC, a Utah-based investment firm, acquired the 8,350-square-foot restaurant property from Harborside Partners LLC for $4.25 million. The current tenant, McCormick and Schmick's, has extended its lease by 10 years. The business value was included in the sale price of about $500 per square foot.
