AVG Partners, a California-based investor and developer, sold the retail building at 2801 George Busbee Parkway in Kennesaw, GA, for $2.65 million, or about $84 per square foot. Locally based Vertical Realty LLC was the buyer and plans to use the former fitness center as a sports facility.
