Marchon, an eyewear maker and a VSP Vision company with operations worldwide, renewed its Manhattan lease at 8 W. 40th St. The company executed an office lease extension with building owner Jack Resnick & Sons for 15,531 square feet, maintaining its presence on the 15th, 21st and 22nd floors. Marchon has been a tenant in the building for decades.
