CT Realty Investors have acquired the industrial facility at 6 Whatney in Irvine, CA for approximately $9.22 million, or $85 per square foot. NGK Spark Plugs USA, Inc. sold the property, and then immediately signed a five-year lease for 56,000 square feet there.
