An industrial lease completed in Des Moines, Iowa, will see Lanter Delivery Systems occupy a block of warehouse space in 1550 E. Washington Ave. The overnight delivery service agreed to take 57,600 square feet in the 192,466-square-foot industrial property owned by The Vomela Cos.
