Jamie Whitty-Lewis has been appointed CEO of Grosvenor’s UK property business, effective 1 December 2025.

He succeeds James Raynor, who took up the role of CEO of Grosvenor’s international property business in September.

Whitty-Lewis is GPUK’s executive director of finance and was due to become the business’s CFO from April 2026. As a result of his promotion to CEO, the latter role will now continue to be held by GPUK CFO Debbie Lee.

She will remain in this position until a new CFO is selected, before succeeding Grosvenor's retiring CFO, Rob Davis, in summer 2026.

James Raynor, CEO of Grosvenor Property, the Duke of Westminster's real estate company, said in a statement: “I am delighted to have Jamie succeed me in the role of CEO of our UK property business. He has a deep understanding of our London Estate, having been responsible for its financial management; wide-ranging experience and expertise built in a variety of roles, including as Grosvenor Reporting Director, and a natural leadership style that I am confident will guide the business through its continued growth trajectory, supported by an exceptionally strong executive team."

Jamie Whitty-Lewis added: “I am honoured to take up the role of CEO of Grosvenor Property UK and to be given the opportunity to build on the commercial success we have achieved in recent years, the environmental leadership we have demonstrated and the strength of the partnerships we have forged.

"We have some outstanding projects to deliver, including the creation of South Molton, London’s West End’s largest mixed-use development and the transformation of Grosvenor Square. Through a significant voluntary contribution, this will create a biodiverse urban garden while providing wide-ranging benefit to the West End. I am also excited about the further growth of our private credit business, funding projects that boost housing supply and help decarbonise the built environment.”

As Executive Director of Finance, Whitty-Lewis was previously responsible for the financial management of the London Estate - Grosvenor’s largest single direct property holding - strategic planning and valuations across Grosvenor’s UK property business.

He has held roles in several different parts of Grosvenor, including as Group Reporting Director, where his responsibilities included strategic planning for Grosvenor Property. Prior to this, he was Strategy Director and Head of Finance for the London Estate.

Before joining Grosvenor, Jamie worked in PepsiCo’s European HQ following three years in BDO’s external audit practice.

He has an honours degree from the London School of Economics, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants for England and Wales and is the co-founder of Grosvenor’s (dis)Ability Group.
