Arcadia Realty Trust and Osiris Ventures acquired the retail property at 8833 Beverly Blvd. in Los Angeles, California, for $24 million, or about $2,460 per square foot, from Nuveen, an American asset manager and wholly owned subsidiary of financial planning firm TIAA.
