The Phoenix-based REIT Cole Credit Property Trust III, Inc. sold City Center Plaza at 555 110th Ave. NE in Bellevue, WA for $374.65 million, or about $642 per square foot, to CommonWealth Partners. Delivered in May 2009, the 583,179-square-foot, 26-story, class A office property is located in the heart of Bellevue’s CBD and sports many amenities. The building features 21,000 square feet of retail, restaurants and a daycare facility. A Green Globe building, City Center was also awarded LEED-certification at the Gold level by the U.S. Green building Council in 2009.
