Method Development, a real estate investment and development company founded in 2017 by Amelia Patt Zamir and Rakesh Lala, made its biggest property acquisition to date with the $5.9 million purchase of The Merchant's Building at the corner of Broadway St. and Grand River Ave. in downtown Detroit.
