Home Depot Site in Oxnard Closes for $7.1M

JW Rich Investment Co. completed its purchase of the former Home Depot building at 2580-2600 E. Vineyard Ave. in Oxnard, CA for $7.1 million, or about $68 per square foot. Wells Fargo Bank was the seller.
