FoodWorks To Relocate Store in Old Saybrook

Grocer Purchases West Marine Property for $1.5 Million

FoodWorks, a local full service grocery store for organic and natural products, purchased an 8,800-square-foot retail building in Old Saybrook, CT, from West Marine, a national boat supply retailer, for $1.45 million or $165 per square foot. The grocer will relocate its current Old Saybrook store to have more space for more healthful products.
