Wesley Theological Seminary Secures $20.3M Loan

TD Bank Provides Financing for New Student Housing in 40 Years

The Wesley Theological Seminary closed on a $20.3 million loan this month. The tax-exempt financing, provided by TD Bank and issued through the District of Columbia Revenue Bond Program, will be used to construct the first new student housing in more than 40 years at Wesley's main campus at 4500 Massachusetts Ave. in Washington, DC.
