Venture Petroleum Company, Inc. purchased the retail gas station and c-store located at 350 E. H St. in Chula Vista, CA from Big JAG LP in the care of Far Pacific Management for $4.1 million, or about $1,640 per square foot. The 2,500-square-foot building was constructed in 1988. The Alliance Gas location is operated by Shell Gas Station.
