The Seyon Group, a Boston-based real estate investment firm founded in 2017 that acquires and operates light industrial and flex properties, purchased two fully leased flex buildings at 753 Forest St. and 261 Cedar Hill St., which together comprise the Cedar Hill Business Park in Marlborough, Massachusetts.
