NY Firm Acquires Marietta Trade Center for $32.8M

EDENS Sells 316,000-SF Retail Property

Rothenberg-Rosenfield Inc., a New York-based real estate owner and operator of grocery-anchored shopping centers, distribution centers and multifamily properties, purchased Marietta Trade Center from EDENS for $32.8 million or approximately $104 per square foot. The firm also assumed the debt of the Walmart Supercenter-anchored shopping center from the seller.
