Industrial leasing across the Puget Sound region picked up in the first quarter, reversing some of the slowdown seen last year as tenants take advantage of elevated availability levels across box sizes. Leasing totaled about 3 million square feet during the quarter, an increase of nearly 25% from the first quarter of 2025.
