Venice Baking Closes on Purchase of Torrance Facility

Bavarian Specialty Foods Trades 59,000-SF Industrial

Venice Baking Co., a gluten-free bread and dough company, acquired the facility at 22417 Vermont Ave. in Torrance, CA, for $5.3 million, or about $90 per square foot. Weber Family Trust doing business as Bavarian Specialty Foods was the seller.
