Stuart Wernick and a team of mortgage banking veterans joined Berkadia Commercial Mortgage LLC. Berkadia is expanding its operations across Texas and appointed Wernick as senior vice president and co-manager in the Dallas branch. Wernick brought with him Jason Rice as senior vice president and Eli Gershenson vice president.
