General Electric Capital Corporation has sold the Sheraton Nashville Downtown hotel at 623 Union St. in Nashville, TN for $47.5 million, or about $101,000 per key. The buyer, JRK Property Holdings, manages apartments, hotels and other investment properties on a national scale.
