Morguard announced it has formed a Living Lab partnership with Nokia Canada and Canada’s Centre of Excellence in Next Generation Networks, or CENGN, to open Smart Building Living Labs in three Morguard-owned office buildings in Montreal, Toronto and Ottawa.
