TGlobal Properties LLC acquired 20.71 acres and 300,000 square feet of space of the former Ford Lorain Assembly Plant at 5401 Baumhart Road in Lorain, OH. IRG Lorain LLC sold the property for $2.7 million. Trademark Global, a distributor of retail shopping items sold online, will use the space to further expand its business.
