Quarry Capital Pays $7M for Flex Portfolio

Armored Mgmt Sells 112,000 SF in Las Vegas

Quarry Capital LLC purchased the two-building flex campus at 4675 - 4775 W. Teco Ave. in Las Vegas, Nevada from Armored Management LLC for $7 million, or about $62 per square foot. The buildings were delivered in 2007 on 4.89 acres. The two buildings were 45 percent occupied at the time of sale, though there was approximately 25,000 square feet under a new pending lease. The buildings are expected to be 65 percent occupied by the end of the year.
