Franklin Street Properties Acquires One Ravinia Drive

387,000-SF Office Trades for $52.8M

Franklin Street Properties Corporation (NYSE: FSP) has increased its directly-owned portfolio to 37 properties with the acquisition of One Ravinia Drive in Central Perimeter. Hines sold the 386,603-square-foot, class A office tower for $52.75 million, or about $136 per square foot. FSP also owns One Overton Park at 3625 Cumberland Blvd SE in the Cumberland/Galleria submarket.
