Harbor Associates Recapitalizes Agoura Hills Business Park

Gemdale Takes Ownership Stake in $29.7 Million Deal

Harbor Associates and Gemdale USA Corp. purchased the two-building Agoura Hills Business Park at 30401 and 30501 Agoura Road in Agoura Hills, California, for $29.7 million, or about $259 per square foot, as a recapitalization of the asset. Harbor Associates originally purchased the office buildings in 2020 and will continue as operating partner in this new joint venture.
