Dealmaking across commercial real estate properties is steadily rising in Dallas-Fort Worth. Buyers and sellers are navigating elevated, long-term interest rates, and the market is further removed from the trough in early 2024. A useful proxy for sales is inventory turnover, or the percentage of existing stock that has been transacted; this is especially true in a nondisclosure state like Texas.
