Steadfast Income REIT Pays $32M for South-Central Multifamily Property

Steadfast Income REIT acquired the 336-unit Sonoma Grande apartments at 9303 E. 81st St. in Tulsa, OK from developer Flournoy Companies for $32.2 million, or about $96,000 per unit.
