JP Morgan Picks Up 483 Apt. Units Near Nationals Stadium

JPI sold the Axiom at Capitol Yards and 909 at Capitol Yards in the Capital Riverfront area of Washington, DC, to institutional investors advised JP Morgan Asset Management for $189.31 million, or about $391,000 per unit.
