German Group Sells 661,482-SF Office Tower at 150 N. Michigan

John Hancock Real Estate Finance Group purchased 150 N. Michigan Ave. in downtown Chicago from SEB Immobilien-Investment Group GMBH, a Germany-based real estate fund manager, for $102 million or $154 per square foot.
