Montana Avenue Capital Partners, a real estate investment, management, and development company based in Los Angeles, has closed on the $84.5 million purchase of 53 and 63 South Ave. in Burlington, Massachusetts, near the interchange of I-95 and the Northwest Expressway northwest of Boston.
