King & Grove Williamsburg Trades for $33.3M

64-Room Hospitality Trades in Brooklyn

King and Grove Hotels acquired the King & Grove Williamsburg at 160 N. 12th St. in Brooklyn from Groves Hospitality and KSK Construction Group for $33.28 million, or $520,000 per guestroom. The sale represents the highest per-key valuation ever recorded in Brooklyn.
