Urban American Mgmt Sells Six Elevator Bldgs in Brooklyn

Skyline NYC LLC, a holding company for real estate investment firm Urban American Management, has sold a multifamily portfolio in Brooklyn, NY for $42.1 million, or about $112,000 per unit. Shamah Properties acquired the six elevator buildings.
