STAG Industrial Management LLC, a Boston area real estate company focusing on the acquisition and full-service management of industrial properties, purchased the Cequent Distribution building at 3310 William Richardson Dr. in South Bend, IN from iStar Financial, Inc. for $6.8 million, or about $30 per square foot.
