An investment group led by Dweck Properties recently sold 2001 L St. NW in Washington, DC, for $61.75 million, or about $403 per square foot. The 10-story office building totals 153,161 square feet and was built in 1985. A joint venture between Minshall Stewart Properties and Heitman LLC acquired the CBD office property.
