Ryan Cos. Sells Portion of Tinley Park Shopping Center

Ryan Cos. a national developer and operator of commercial real estate, sold its share of the Brookside Marketplace in Tinley Park, consisting 273,801 square feet, for $47.4 million, orproximately $173 per square foot. DDR Corp., an international investor of shopping centers, was the buyer.
