Grant Killingsworth returned to JLL as a senior managing director in South Florida to boost its office brokerage team. In the role, he will advise occupiers throughout the region and on their broader real estate portfolio needs across the country, the global real estate services firm said.
Killingsworth brings over 25 years of experience representing office and industrial occupiers throughout South Florida to his new role. Throughout his career, he has advised clients that include local, regional and multinational corporations, nonprofit groups and educational institutions. He joined JLL from CBRE’s occupier services group and had previously spent a decade at JLL, where he helped lease over 3 million square feet of office space.
Colliers added Tina Harris as a senior vice president in Atlanta. Joining the brokerage’s retail services team, she will focus on landlord and tenant representation, retail leasing strategy and business development, Colliers said. She previously served as senior vice president of retail advisory services at Avison Young. Harris has more than 25 years of experience.
Steve Klein joined Cushman & Wakefield as a managing director and the firm’s loan restructuring practice lead. In this role, Klein will oversee Cushman’s loan restructuring practice, identifying and executing restructuring solutions for distressed and transitional loan situations, and position clients to preserve value and move forward, the company said. The founder of Klein Real Estate Strategies, a boutique real estate advisory firm, Klein also previously held executive roles at Broadway Partners, Joss Realty Partners and Brickman.
CBRE added Chris Avellana as a senior vice president in the firm’s Richmond, Virginia, office. In his new role, he will support industrial occupiers, owners, developers and investors with site selection, lease structuring and representation, acquisitions and sales, and supply chain optimization services, the firm said. He joined CBRE after spending over a decade at JLL.
Shaun Harkley joined MoxiWorks as the Seattle-based artificial intelligence real estate marketing firm’s senior vice president of sales. Effective Sept. 14, Harkley is set to lead the company’s sales teams in North America, Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Reporting to CEO Eric Elfman, Harkley will help drive the firm’s next phase of growth and strengthen global sales execution, MoxiWorks said. Based in Toronto, he previously worked at real estate technology firm Rechat.
Tricia Moore joined Lincoln Property Co. as executive vice president of asset management in the firm’s Washington, D.C., office. In her new role, she will lead LPC’s asset management for the firm’s mid-Atlantic region, driving portfolio performance, operations and long-term value creation on behalf of clients and investors. Bringing over 25 years of experience to the role, she previously worked as an executive director at Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing, where she oversaw a $4.5 billion real estate portfolio.
Dallas-based NewcrestImage named Gary Mills to the new role of senior vice president of acquisitions. He will lead the family office’s acquisition strategy, NewcrestImage said. The hotel industry veteran returns to the firm he worked at from 2015 to 2020. A 45-year industry veteran, Mills previously served as regional vice president of franchise sales development for Choice Hotel’s Cambria brand.
Vestar appointed Bill Williams as the firm’s vice president of technology and systems. Based in the privately-owned shopping center owner’s Phoenix headquarters, Williams will lead the firm’s technology strategy, develop systems and strengthen security, while advancing Vestar’s artificial intelligence and emerging technology initiatives, Vestar said.
He has more than 20 years of experience building and leading technology organizations.
