WA State Investor Acquires 1188 Units in Atlanta

After 30 years of ownership, Tempo Properties sold 12 multifamily communities in Atlanta for $35.75 million, or about $30,094 per unit. Wilkinson Corp., a Yakima, WA-based private equity real estate firm, acquired the 1,188-unit portfolio, which was at 97 percent occupancy at the time of sale.
