The Bascom Group LLC has entered into a joint venture with BRT Realty Trust to recapitalize on Ivy Ridge, the 207-unit apartment complex at 2650 Bentley Rd. in Marietta, GA. The Bascom Group transferred the asset to its newly-created JV for $8.1 million, or about $39,130 per unit.
