Luxembourg-based Focus Estate Fund has acquired its second retail asset in the UK after buying Kingdom Shopping Centre in Glenrothes, Fife, from Dutch pension fund Mars Pension Trustees for an undisclosed fee, completing the latter's sale of a portfolio of four assets.
