Mead Westvaco Corp. Sells Enfield Facility

Diversified Information Technologies Acquires Industrial Bldg. for $2.2M

Diversified Information Technologies, a business process outsourcing and information lifecycle management solutions provider, purchased the industrial facility at 180 Moody Rd in Enfield, CT, from Mead Westvaco Corp. for $2.2 million, or about $13.39 per square foot. The 166,000-square-foot building on 15 acres was constructed in 1965. The building was vacant for several years and was on the market for the same amount of time. Keith Kumnick and Stephanie Pious of Colliers International handled the deal for Mead Westvaco Corp., while Sean Duffy, Damon Bowers, and Timothy D’Addabbo of Cushman & Wakefield represented Diversified Information Technologies.
