S&P Global Ratings and Fitch have assigned preliminary 'AAA' credit ratings to the refinancing of the class A1 and A2 notes in the £750m CMBS-like securitisation of east London’s Stratford City shopping centre as the massive transaction looks set to go red, evidence of strong investor confidence in the super regional mall despite the wider retail malaise.
