The parent company of Omni Hotels & Resorts and Gold's Gym International agreed to relocate its headquarters from Irving to a new building that Crow Holdings will build at 4001 Maple Avenue on the Old Parkland campus. The firm, TRT Holdings, plans to move to its new Dallas location in 2013.
