Private Investor Acquires Fullerton Investment

Stuart Ketchum Real Estate sold the net-leased Walgreens at 1826 W. Orangethorpe Ave. in Fullerton, CA to BJMF LLC and TATUF LLC for $5.265 million, or about $376 per square foot.
