SEB Asset Management A.G. appointed Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. to sell its 41-story, 661,477-square-foot office high-rise at 150 N. Michigan in Chicago. SEB acquired the building in 1999 for approximately $113.2 million, or around $171 per square foot.
