NNN-Investment Property Trades at $411 PSF

4021 LLC purchased the retail investment property at 10742 Foothill Blvd. in Rancho Cucamonga, CA for $3.226 million, or about $411 per square foot, from Bengard-Foothill LLC. The property is currently leased to Farrell's Ice Cream on a 15-year, triple-net lease.
