Appointed general manager of the 222-room Virgin Hotels Edinburgh, Scotland. Formerly, she was the general manager at the Kimpton Blythswood Square Hotel in Glasgow.
David Wilson
Returns to the Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah as general manager, three years after leaving the same role at the 319-room hotel. In the interim, he was vice president of hospitality at hotel firm Emerald Palace Group, also in the United Arab Emirates.
André Julseth
Appointed general manager of Nordic Hotels & Resorts’ new flagship, the 231-room Sommerro, which opened last September in the former headquarters of Oslo’s electricity producer, Oslo Lysverker. Julseth’s previous hotelier role was as general manager at The Thief, also in the Norwegian capital.
Mike Vincent
Returns to Langdale Chase Hotel, in Windermere, Lake District, England, for his second stint there as general manager, four years after leaving the property. The property, first opened as a hotel in 1937, is just finishing up a renovation and will open later this year with 30 guest rooms.

Promoted to general manager at the 233-room Park Hyatt Dubai, moving up from his position as hotel manager, which he started in 2021.
Nathalie Delclos
Named vice president of global spa and wellness at the Raffles and Orient Express brands. She is based in Paris and arrives from the role of spa director at the Ritz Paris.
Axel Krueger
Hired as general manager at the Art’otel Hoxton, London, which is to open in 2024. His previous role was at the Park Plaza Riverbank, London, owned by the same parent company, PPHE Hotel Group. He was general manager there, too.
