Duke Acquires 356,000 SF in Minneapolis

Firm Expands Industrial Portfolio with Three Building Purchase

Duke Realty Corporation has acquired three industrial buildings - two in Roseville and one in Shakopee - totaling 356,143 square feet. The acquisition increases the Minneapolis portfolio by more than 10 percent to 3.7 million square feet, with its nationwide portfolio topping out at more than 108 million square feet. All three properties in the Minneapolis acquisition are 100 percent leased.
