Agron Miloti’s CDNGlobal real estate brokerage is joining forces with Indusite Realty Corp. to expand its footprint in the greater Toronto area’s industrial real estate market.

Mississauga-based Indusite will now operate as CDNGlobal–Indusite Realty and be part of CDNGlobal's national platform. The tie-up will add more than 25 brokers and expand CDNGlobal's reach to 12 offices nationwide, CDNGlobal said.

Indusite has been active in the greater Toronto area since 1981, having focused on the leasing and sale of industrial, office and investment properties. The Toronto region contains nearly 900 million square feet of industrial space, making it one of the largest markets in North America, according to CoStar data.

“This partnership secures CDNGlobal’s presence in the GTA, Canada’s most important industrial hub, and enhances our ability to serve clients across the country,” said Agron Miloti, chief executive and co-founder of the Vancouver-based CDNGlobal, in a statement announcing the agreement. “With Indusite, we now have expanded capabilities in the GTA, giving our clients the scale, market intelligence, and service they need to succeed.”

Kevin Brennan, a partner and the broker of record at Indusite Realty, said the tie-up will extend his firm's presence.

“The GTA has always been our focus, and joining CDNGlobal allows us to bring that expertise to a broader stage,” he said in a statement. “Our clients will continue to benefit from the specialization and personal service that define us, while gaining access to CDNGlobal’s national and international reach.”

CDNGlobal offers services in industrial, office and retail leasing and capital markets, investment sales and advisory. The firm traces its roots to Devencore, the Montreal-based real estate advisory founded by Phil O’Brien in 1972. CDNGlobal bought part of Devencore's operations after Avison Young bought Devencore in 2021.
