Stonebridge Buys More Land for Mixed-Use Project

Chesterfield Sells 7.8 Acres at Former Cloverleaf Mall Site

Stonebridge Realty Holdings purchased a portfolio of land totaling 7.83 acres on Midlothian Turnpike for the continued development of the mixed-use site at the former Cloverleaf Mall. The Economic Development Authority of Chesterfield sold the parcels for $5.75 million or $734,493 per acre.
