Times Square Edition Hotel Hits Auction Block: CBRE has been retained by lenders to assist with the court-ordered auction of the ground lease interest in 701 Seventh Ave. in New York, also known as the Times Square Edition Hotel or 20 Times Square. The real estate firm has launched a website with information about the property and foreclosure. The auction includes the rights to use the LED sign on the facade of the hotel.
