Kirk Pinkerton, P.A. recently leased 10,104 square feet at the M&I Bank Building, which is located at 240 S. Pineapple Ave. in Sarasota, Florida. The tenant will take occupancy of its sixth-floor space next year, for a term of 95 months. The 125,814 square-foot, 11-story office building is located in the Sarasota County submarket. It was built in 1996. Following the deal the building is now more than 76 percent occupied, with average asking rents ranging from $24 to $27 per square foot.
